Overview of Dr. Areti Fitsioris’ Naturopathic Services

Dr. Areti Fitsioris goes the extra mile to identify and address root causes of a condition and to provide ongoing support for her patients.

She uses non-invasive, multidisciplinary evidence-based methods (lifestyle medicine, nutritional analysis/support, and manual therapy) – without unwanted/harmful side effects.

Dr. Areti’s protocols work in conjunction with medications that patients may be taking – in fact, the protocols often offset unwanted/harmful side effects of medications.

Dr. Areti is a board-certified naturopathic physician (NMD) who implements lifestyle medicine, nutritional analysis/support, and manual therapy in order to address root causes of functional and structural imbalances, including musculoskeletal, vascular, nervous, respiratory, immune, digestive, eliminatory, urogenital, neuroendocrine and lymphatic dysfunction.

Dr. Areti’s methods are grounded in evidence-based science and integrate all aspects of medical physiology, biology, somato-psycho immunology, and osteopathic medicine.

Born and raised in Greece, Dr. Areti’s background includes a multicultural education from the University of Paris Sorbonne (Teacher of French Literature and Civilization), University of Pittsburgh (Master of Science in Clinical Exercise Physiology), and Bastyr University (Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine).
